Morgins - a highlight in every season

The sunny, southwest-oriented village of Morgins is a popular holiday destination for hikers in summer, in winter it is part of the cross-border ski area ‘Portes du Soleil’. Magnificent landscapes with the towering Dents-du-Midi, alpine pastures and numerous mountain lakes characterize the magnificent hiking area in Chablais. The Valais holiday resort of Morgins is located at around 1300m in the valley of the same name, a side valley of the Val d‘Illiez in Lower Valais, directly on the border with France.

The ‘Porte du Soleil Résidences’ offer you an extremely attractive operating concept with ‘assisted living’. Unlike an ordinary vacation rental, the property you own after purchase is managed by a professional hotel chain. So you can use your apartment yourself. So your apartment is both a holiday home and an investment at the same time.

The project includes three buildings, with different heights, which have an alpine-chalet-like appearance. They include a total of 33 hotel apartments. With many green spaces between the buildings, a friendly and cozy atmosphere is created, which underline the intended ‘nature feeling’. Further, the arrangement of the buildings allows a fabulous view of the Alps and the village. Realized are apartments in sizes from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms.
